We began our organization after a deadly line of tornados ripped through the state of Tennessee. After ensuring victims had their basic needs met, we decided we could help in another way.

With prom and wedding season quickly approaching, two events little girls always dream of, we thought of a unique way to help. Being recent college graduates we do not have much money to spare. What we do have is a closet full of dresses from prom, sorority formals, pageants and weddings!

We have founded the group, "Disaster Divas" to help make sure every girl has the luxuries that she deserves to feel like a queen for a day. We not only are helping the victims of natural disasters, but those who may be suffering any other type of personal disaster or hardship: low income, medical necessity, etc.

We realize how truly blessed we are, and believe that God has called us to serve others in their time of need. For this reason we have decided to continue our efforts and reach out to others.
